Got home late from the range so didn't know if I would have motivation left. I did!

10:00 TGU @ 24kg
10:00 EMOM 2x Pistols (L/R) @ 16kg (did 3 each leg first then did 11 sets so it ended up 25 each leg)
5x10 Thrusters (L/R) @ 24kg (50 each arm)
Some abs: 30x leg lifts holding 16kg bell; 6:00 rotating plank (2:00 front, 1 side, 1 front, 1 side, 1 front.
4x10 Crusher Curls @ 16kg
