squats and deads. like a candito lower body workout.
5x10 squat w/ 115lbs. workin my way up. felt great, no pain, but got me breathing pretty hard though.
5x8 deadlift with 155lbs. felt great. good bar speed, good form.
upper back pretty sore from this now actually.
