Comments:
I was entered in the mile, which probably wasn't the best choice since I'm not in cardio shape yet.
When I started to feel the burn less than 600m in at 72 pace I knew I was in trouble. Fell apart pretty badly and ran a terrible time. Props to David though for dropping the hammer and Kristen for blowing away the whole field. Nice job 5k peeps.
