Comments:
3 miles at goal-marathon pace (6:53), 2 miles at goal half-marathon pace (6:35) and 1 mile at goal 10K pace (6:20). Book-ended with 1/2 warm-up and 1/2 mile cool-down. All in all I felt good throughout, didn't really feel like I was working all that hard until the last 1/2 mile of the run.
