Weather: cool, high 50s.

Comments:
ran mostly by myself, but the beginning with alec, katie, and emily. felt pretty good but the side of my left foot ached again, especially going up and down hills. it would go again and come back repeatedly:( breathing was okay. went at a quick pace in the middle. overall, decent run.
