Comments:
Abbey and I did yesterday's workout today. I was nervous because it was our first hard track work out, but it went really well. We did a 600 first. It was supposed to be in 1:51, but I hit 1:52 instead. Then we did 6 200s. 2 were supposed to be race pace and then they were supposed to get faster each time. I ran :35, :38, :36, :35, :34, :33. It felt really good to go fast and hit the times right.
