After having worked a 10hour shift all night, i somehow stumbled out of class and into the weight room.
Squatted a plate today. 135lbs for 5x10. Felt really good. i was relieved to find that 135 still doesnt feel too tough. I'll slowly decrease the reps when the weights ramp up.
Deadlifted 185. felt great. only slight thoracic rounding as I go up to reps like 6-8 on the later sets. no pain.
no time for cardio today but due to a freak accident, i averaged 1500 calories a day for yesterday and today. so cardio is def not needed
