Hills for Dinner

Weather: 88 and muggy again

Comments:
Mile warmup, 3 miles hammering the hills, mile cooldown. There were 5 really good hills in the 3 mile section. The mile warm-up and cool-down were at close to 8:00 pace, so I think the middle was pretty quick. Really hammered them hard, but felt pretty decent. Stopped to walk a little after the last one and almost couldn't start the cool down though! That's when you need a team with you!
