Weather: 1500: Very cold and gray at HHS Track

Comments:
Right ankle didn't start to hurt until a turn. Maybe if this had all been on a straight road, I could have gone longer or hurt less. Anyhow, it's a start. Also did planks, weights, negative pull ups, etc.
