Comments:
Ran a decent workout today but was dropped by Tyler and Mahalsky in the last couple 800s and in the fast 400 at the end. I lead the first 400, and that was it.

Tyler and Mahalsky ran a 58 on that last one, so at least my training partners have some speed right now. When I get my legs back under me, I will be ready to roll. Not worried about this one.
