Heavy Triples

I only lifted 3x last week cuz i was deloading cuz I felt a slight strain in my left elbow. i thought it was from heavy bench pressing, but turns out i think it was from heavy rowing. weird. but today i didn't kno if i should go heavy on bench cuz i was suspecting that to be the source of elbow irritation. but i did a triple w/ 185, it felt good. so i went for a triple at 190. felt good. then i went for a triple at 195, felt good. even with a pause on the third rep.

220lb row. forgot my straps today. it was tough. i had a hard time rowing it cuz my hands were slipping, even with a hook grip i was having trouble maintaining grip. so i switched to tbars, did 3 plates and a 5. cuz i havent done that in awhile to protect my glute and its fine now so im gonna start doing heavy tbars now.

Ogus press. 120lbs and did a set of 5, then 4 sets of triples. i felt the elbow a little bit but that was from the rows. elbow feels fine now though.

95lb dumbbell rows. 4x6 but without straps this time. was decent. eh. straps def woulda helped the muscle targetting more.

65lb DB incline press. 2x10, 1x8.
