Comments:
Ran around the block with Lindsey, and Stacey for most of the run, we took it faster than I was used to. I am not sure if it was a combination of the cold, the wind or the hill, but I couldn't breathe. We stopped so I could catch my breath and then I felt fine for the rest of it. Definitely trying to pick it up this week with my training
