Comments:
Ran with Ward at Goodman before lift today, and I was feeling pretty shitty. I think these miles are breaking me down a bit. We had some nice conversation though. It was made better by the fact that I like that loop a lot. We must have been moving too, 66 minutes for it even though it felt like we were going slow.
