Squatted and deadlifted. I plan to squat and dead on the same day only until i get heavy enough on both where they interfere with each other. thats coming pretty soon.
Squatted 155lbs for 5x10. excellent. smooth and got my heart rate going.  no pain.
Played around on the bench prior to deadlifting.  i tried to move my hands inside the rings, with just the pinkies on the ring. thats what i used to do but i didnt like how it felt.  i also felt fatigue from pressing heavy yesterday.  but next time i might actually try a closer grip, might be easier on the wrists but also we'll see if it gives me better tricep power.  I also tried to orient my elbow positioning w/ my lats and all, the way Mike O'Hearn (Mike O'Tren) did it.  
Deads.  5x6 w/ 205. felt great but tired from squatting. bar speed def noticeably slower than 185 but still lifted it pretty forcefully.  
Stopped by practice afterwards just for a few minutes before heading out. felt so nostalgic. i definitely miss warming up with the team, running workouts and futsin' around. but its not for me anymore. I've moved onto pursuing other athletic passions and endeavors and working to set me up for my next stage in life. Sometimes I wish I was still a part of the team but I don't regret anything.  These people will always be a close part of my life.  If anything it makes me want to lift and train harder to validate where I am now, that I didn't leave the team for nothing.  I don't think I'll find a closer group of friends in the future than i do now.  I'm sure I'll make new friends but it just won't be the same.  Anyhow, I plan to finish this cut within 2-3 weeks, as my body weight has now dropped to about 172, I also have no need to be shredded.  Then I'll start to bulk again and you'd better watch out cuz I'm gonna become a beast.
