Comments:
We got pushed back to 8-freaking-PM because of the career fair taking place on the track, so it was a struggle just to get myself to practice. The workout itself wasn't too bad, I got a headache (either from the air or dehydration), and my stomach felt sick at the beginning from a late dinner, but I ran some good paces. Also this was the first workout in awhile that I've run with other people, which made it a lot more bearable than if it had been alone. Workout details are below:

1 x 600 @ slower than race pace with 5:00 min rest

2 x broken 400 (200 hard, :30 rest, 200 hard) with 4:00 min rest

2 x 300 (50 hard, 150 relax, 100 hard) with 5:00 rest

4 x 200 @ slower than race pace with 200 job in between
