Weather: Cold outside, warm inside

Comments:
Did a good warm up with Caleb and then ran my second race of the year. The race went out and I wanted to run smart so I was in 5th or so through 800m but it went out a little slow in 2:10-2:11 and then it picked up and I was able to make the moves with the top guys but they gaped me a little bit with 400m to go and I finished okay, not great but not bad. But I couldn't close on the top 3 guys who ran about 4:15 and I ended up running 4:17.7 so I closed in around 2:06-2:07 so it was a negative split. Not really the time I wanted but still a good drop from the first race. My quads were pretty tired afterwards and I puked. Hopefully some pieces keep coming together so I can really break out. Took me a while to really recover and then did a slow cool down with the girls.
