woooooo running. because i'm avoiding the treadmill like the plague, i also waited until 8 to do my run. it also gave me some company which is really nice after doing lots of stuff by myself lately. warmed up with people, at probably a faster pace than jess would want me to, but then mitch joined and he was supposed to be going 10:00 pace and that kept me in check, haha. time passed pretty quick while he was there so that was nice. i cant wait to be able to run fast again!
