Comments:
oh my goodness. i was pretty sore after yesterday. and running in the morning probably made it worse, but i have a long two days ahead. i have no idea how fast i ran. i lost my watch :( but i made effort to be slow. i love the snow! i made a snow angel. feels like i havent actually been outside in awhile. i might take tomorrow off/lighter because this was very tiring.
