Coach's Loop Progression Run

Today's progression run went better than I thought it would considering how sick and tired I have felt lately, so I guess that's good. Coach had mapped out a 3.3 mile loop that encompassed the Woodfields neighborhood and Goodman campus, and we were to run it progression style. Tyler, Mahalsky, and I has 15 - 15 - 30 while the rest of the guys had 20 - 20 - 20. I felt pretty comfortable until midway through the final loop, where Tyler started to really push it and I could no longer hang on to the pace. I finished about 20 - 25 seconds back from those two, but I felt that I ran it in comfortably (enough) at least. I ran a half mile with Ty around the indoor track when we got back. Probably was close to 13 for the day but we will call it 12. I am hoping that I will start to feel a bit better soon, I remember how shitty I was feeling on yesterday's run with Ward so hopefully this is just some lingering soreness that I can ice away. We hit well over 10 miles for the hour progression run (probably like 10.6 or so) so it was a good day even though I got dropped.
