Tempo Run and 400's

I've had a pretty bad cough since yesterday's run. I really wasn't feeling to well, and this was the toughest workout to get through to date. I fell off the pace the you wanted me to hit for the tempo run, but not by much. I ran two 400's outside and two inside. The air was really dry, and my cough was only getting worse. My first two 400's were 89, 91. My last two were at 5:46, and 5:30 pace on the treadmill. I did my cool down inside. All my muscles feel sore, I am definitely coming down with a cold. Tomorrow I am going to take it easy, maybe bike/elliptical depending on how I feel.
