Comments:
Ran a road race in wellfleet. about 400 entrants in race and placed 19th overall. I got the first place trophy for my age group but actually lost to a kid from west hartford named luke perron who i looked up later that goes to conard. Ran at 6:23 pace, i thought that was pretty decent. I ran a 2 mile warmup and a 2 mile cooldown.
