2 x 8 laps @ 48 s/lap with 10 min break.

Then, after 4 min break 2 x 1 lap in 40 sec with 2 min break"

I had a bit of trouble on the first lap because of some "digestive issues." However, the long break between intervals allowed me to clear those issues up and have a good second half to the workout.

JK took the lead for the single lap intervals and we finished with a respectable 36" for both of them.

We cooled down with KD who was moving with a snappy pace.

So this was an alright workout. Not my best but I was in a great mood afterward.
