Comments:
I felt really heavy on this one. I felt like I couldn't get out of tempo pace, and I brought my time down a few seconds almost every time. My back did not hurt though, I just couldn't get out of the pace. The times were a 6:30, 6:26, 6:24, 6:28, and 6:15. The last one Lindy was there and ran with me on the second and last lap. Not a fun workout to do by yourself at 7 in the morning...
