After a long day in a bus/at the Pentagon, I needed a run. After finding out tomorrow's ruck is cancelled, figured I would do a good workout. Did a progression run on the treadmill. Not bad at all. 1 mile @: 7.0, 7.5, 8.0, 8.5, 9.0, 9.5, 8.0-8.8, 7.5 w/ increasing incline (0.0-7.0, increasing 1% every .1 miles); .5 miles @ 7.0.
Finished with 5:00 of jump rope.
