Comments:
Did 2 200's mile pace, then 2 400s, then a 600 and 2 400's then 4 250's. Went under 76-77 for most 400's did one 78? Not sure what I ran for the 600. 250's in spikes felt good at the end too.
Feels like my speed is coming back. :)
