after my night shift, i got back home at like 8am and went to bed til about 2pm. did some work and head to the gym.

I think hitting 5x5 w/ 185 2 weeks ago was the highlight of my cut and now my strength is really dipping. last time i hit 190 for 3x5. i wanted to match that in weight and volume, so i did 5x3. not bad, w/ pause reps for later sets too.

maybe my shape is starting to come out under the fat thats been covering it. multiple people told me i looked large even though Ive lost like 8 pounds.

incline bench. hit like 2x10 w/ 65 then 1x8. i was pretty fatigued.
laterals. backing down to 40lbs cuz last time 45lbs hurt my back a bit from swinging. hit 4x10, bit of a struggle compared to before break but not bad. Btw Emil, it takes forever to increase weight on lateral raises. think about it, if ur 20lbs, a 5lb increase is 25% of the weight, thats pretty significant. plus, the lateral head of the delt is a small muscle group. itll feel like a huge difference. its taken me forever to get up to 40-45lb lateral raises. people in the weight room are floored when they see me do lateral raises w/ 40s cuz no one does that shit lol
