Doin that Tbar again since it doesn't hurt me anymore. 3 plates and 10lbs. actually first set was 5lbs hit 4x8 total i think. then 2 sets of pullups. and then DB rows. it was like i thought i was gonna be able to do it easily but i think pullups took a lot outta me. and my biceps are sore from push day for watever reason. 85lb for 8. felt tough. then someone took the dumbbells. so i went 90. didnt feel much tougher actually.
muscle definition coming out so much more now in the sunlight too.
