Comments:
Short 2 session workout. Walk 5, run 10, followed by core machines. One stop. Heart rate 70 at walk and 131 at the end of 10 minutes at a 12 mile pace in the run. NO FOOT BURN or knee pain but it was only a 50 minute workout.
