Comments:
I felt exhausted the entire run and couldn't get up to speed. My hip flexer started ti burn in the same place as two weeks ago at the very end, so I went straight to Mary. She couldn't get me back in place, so made me another appointment with Dr. Lowes, so I finished up on the bike. Thankfully I managed to do all 8 reps though.
