Comments:
A good ten miles with Curtis. Other than the first 3-4 miles it was at a pretty quick tempo. I don't have an official time because I couldn't find my watch. We also had a brief stop at publix for from water and bathroom break with a quick stretch. The last 2 miles was at a very quick tempo and it seemed like it lasted forever. I tried to simulate it as a race and tried to break Curtis. I couldn't do it, if it was a real race Curtis may have beat me with his kick, I really was trying to lose him.
