Deadlifted 2 wheels. 5 sets of 6. def tougher than 185 lol. and even just 225 hitting the ground sounds loud as hell, i dont even remember how loud it was when i did 315 before. but it was solid, strong.
front squatted 5x10 w/ 115. i moved so fast.
no cardio, had chipotle though lol
