Comments:
It was the first day I could do more than a mile on the treadmill. I'm slowly getting over my cold/flu/virus whatever it was. The cough still is lingering and that's the hardest thing to deal with. I went to the aux gym after and did some running form drills/strides. I was done on the treadmill by the time the meet was canceled.
