Treadmill Workout

Comments:
My chest was tight and my cough was pretty bad. I was determined to finish this workout. I started off at 5:27 pace on the treadmill, my slowest 400 pace was 5:39. I got through all six, with a minor cough attack in between. I decided to skip lifting because I wasn't feeling well.
