Comments:
Good crew on this long(ish) run today. Felt great physically, but the conditions on the run were complete shit. Consistent snowfall for the entire run, which made for slushy, wet conditions. By the time I got back, my shoes were completely soaked, and weighed about 6 pounds each. When we got back, we were only at about 9 miles, so I ran inside, changed shoes, shed a few layers, and did an extra miles on a treadmill. Finished with 8 strides indoors. About a 10.5 mile day.
