Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
First mile was around 7:45, then I dropped down to around 7:18 and ended with a 6:40ish last mile or so. I felt good, not uncomfortable until I was going 6:18 pace and that just created a weird feeling in my legs. I only sweat a little and my heart rate was hardly up. Feelin good. Don't wanna jinx it but I am.
