Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
With just several days to GDC I must say that I am ahead of where I was last year by leaps and bounds but I also wish I was in better shape to run a faster time.
It doesn't matter: the work is done, the hay is in the barn. Over the next few days I need to stay loose, keep stretched, hydrated and eating a lot of food!!
Todays run was an overall 60 minute run. Started slow, ran a fast three miles in the middle that put me at a 45:00 5k. Then Finished up with 15minute cool down. Took the last two days off, crazy work schedule and legs really hurt so it was nice to be back today!!
