Today I learned that a 70# kettlebell is a lot heavier than it sounds.

Started w/ 100x unbroken swings @ 24kg

Press Right @ 32kg
Snatch Left @ 24kg
Press Left @ 32kg
Snatch Right @ 24kg
So first round was 2x press right, 2x snatch left, 2x press left, 2x snatch right; 2nd round: 4x press right, 4x snatch left, etc etc

10x Floor Press Right @ 32kg
25x Pushups
10x Floor Press Left
25x Pushups
5x Floor Press Right
25x Pushups
5x Floor Press Left
25x Pushups

25x Swings @ 32kg
10x Windmill (L/R) @ 16kg

None of this stuff was timed, strength was the focus. That thing is freaking heavy.
