Workout was 10x200 2:00 each (including rest). I ran this pretty well, hitting 31s on all of them except the fifth and tenth, where I ran 30. That was all in trainers too, except for the last two where I put on the spikes to work on turnover (although they didn't have spikes in them so it didn't help much). Hoping to break 2:03 next week.
