1x 600 at 3k pace, 3min recovery
15x 400 at 5k pace, 1 min recovery
ran the workout. started with a 600 at 3k pace (1:46), a little slow. then got into the 400s. started a little faster than i intended ~71, then slowly worked down to 68 or 69, and finished the last two faster 67, 65. felt controlled and not all that sore after. a good workout.
