Comments:
Warmed up with 1k on the rower
then did a conglomerate of :30 intervals with the 50# kb. Snatches, cleans, one hand swings, figure 8s, halos, slashers, swings, overhead hold. No set plan. Some jump rope thrown in too. When the punching bag was available I did about 3x4-5:00 rounds (went by music) and cooled down with 4:00 jump rope.
