Comments:
I felt pretty good during the warm up. I did these runs at a good pace. I didn't go all out, how I usually do speed work. I was pretty tired. I am tired from all these speed workouts. I had to run them fast, but try not to kill myself. There was 3 minutes rest in between each rep. Like 7 minutes between the first and second set.
