This felt pretty crappy, plus the conditions out and about Cresskill sucked. Almost went down once but somehow saved it and didn't fall! Overall kind of slow, but to be expected seeing as it was cold, and terrible out. Bleh. Miles averaged between 6:50 and 7:15.
