Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
It was B-e-a-u-tiful outside! I ran around the block with Lindsey and Stacey, some parts were slow because of ice. Average pace was around 8:30. We went sub 8 last two miles or so. My legs felt better as the run went on. I did drills and strides in the aux gym with everyone. I went up to the weight room to lift with bri, lifted a lot of heavier stuff than I am used too.
