Rucked out to Cobra Field and back with 55lb. First four miles I took it easy and loosened up my shins.
Miles 4-5: :30 sec run, :60 sec walk
Miles 5-6: :30 sec run, :30 sec walk
Miles 6-8: :60 sec run, :30 sec walk
My legs are tired!!!
