felt sooo weak today. 135 on incline hit 2x10, 1x7, 1x6. wow. lol.
Tbar machine. 3 plates and a 10 at first. for 2x10, for the first time i had trouble gripping the handle properly cuz my grip was shot from bench and my hands were kinda sweaty. chalk woulda been good. dropped down to 3 plate.
flat dumbbell. 3x12 was good then like 1x8 i think. i def press in a more tricep dominant manner.
vbar rows. 145lbs on i think. did like 4x10 with a dropset -35lbs

cant wait to bulk again. cant wait. tempted to start now.
