Tacking on the miles

Comments:
I ran 45:39 and that was pretty steady and crisp, then I stopped at my house and got a drink and did a two mile cool down with the last mile being pretty quick. My mile splits were (6:38-5:43). My quads were a bit tired but overall it wasn't too bad. I got my new shoes today when I got back so I'll wear those tomorrow!
