245lb deadlift. actually felt easier than 225 last time. hit 5x6.  widened the stance ever so slightly.
did like 5x4 pause squat with 185. felt good. stayed tight the whole time.
3x10 w/ 115lb front squat. nice and easy.
had the quesarito today. 1 more day of cutting!!!!!
