Comments:
Nice run around Thurmont to start the day. Beautiful weather. Tried to do all the hills I could and then when I got to the big one by Food Lion I did from bottom to Food Lion, then 3 repeats from Food Lion to top, then all the way down, bottom to top, then kept going. Lots of fun!

Got home and finished with 3:00 plank, 1:00 rest, 2:00 plank, 1:00 rest, 1:00 plank
