Comments:
Did 10 miles at level 13 at 6:24 pace to simulate a long run on the elliptical. Felt good and then did two strides after when I got off and my shin feels pretty good. I'm ready tomorrow and will do an easy run tomorrow to make sure I'm okay but I'm excited to get a good final week of training in before NJACs!!
