First lift of the bulking cycle

190 bench for 4x5. had joe spotting me. thanks again. i can feel that i'm def much weaker from this diet. i remember how easy it was to do 5x5 w/ 185 a few weeks ago. but still today was a PR for this weight doing sets of 5. made it through. some reps were a grind and def wasn't pretty. but i got through it and hit my reps. on one rep i did notice i leg drived so fucking hard that my ass lifted off the bench and my lower back was pretty sore from it lol.

4x6 w/ 3plates and a quarter on tbar row machine. last set did 6 reps then drop to 3 plates and did 8 reps and then 2 plates for 10 reps.

performance def suffered on the Ogus press. last week i hit 5x4 w/ 120lbs. today i did 2x5, then 1x4 then 1x3.

DB rows. 90lbs for 4x7. decent.

then incline db press. 2x10 then like 1x8 with 60lbs. my tri's were so damn fatigued by this point.

did 1 set of db flyes with 30lbs. felt tough lmaoo. also it didnt feel very good on my right shoulder. then like 3x12 worked up to 22.5ish lbs on the high cable cross overs for the pecs. now that im bulking and eating more i wanna maximize hypertrophy by doing more isolation work especially for my weak points, ie chest. felt like a chump doing isolation but itll be for the better.
